There is a lot of information out there and it can all seem a bit overwhelming sometimes – especially if you’re struggling with sleep deprivation too!
Sleep is never linear and every child and family situation is different.
As a sleep coach I take into account your family dynamic, personal views, and your philosophies and practices around parenting. Based on that I create a customized approach for your child. I have a holistic approach - meaning I look beyond your child's sleep patterns. I also delve into nutrition, daily routine, and your child’s temperament to achieve the best possible outcome for your family.
I will provide you with a plan, a solution, and an explanation. I will be your biggest cheerleader and because of my training and experience it enables me to see the changes that need to be made, spot errors that need fixing, and ultimately, help you with your child.
Think of me as being like all the books combined; I’ve done the research for you and can help you to practically put it to use.

I have studied different sleep training methods and together with other important factors that impacts sleep I can give your baby a healthy sleep foundation for years to come!
Adding the sleep training will make it much more effective but it’s certainly not a requirement to teach your child healthy sleeping habits.
I will think with you and take your baby’s temperament and family dynamic into account when suggesting or altering a sleep training method, but ultimately you decide if this aligns with your parenting style and what you are comfortable with.
Sleep training methods that I work with are; The Chair Method, Pick up Put Down or Put Down Put Down, Controlled Crying, or hybrid.

Of course, the exact sleep process depends on the method chosen, the personality of your child and the level of consistency in applying the sleep plan. As a result, it is not possible to say exactly how long sleep training can take and when you can enjoy a good night's sleep as a family again. Some children have great results after 48 hours, while others need more time. However, most clients will see significant results after 1 week of consistently following the plan.
Sometimes it can happen that the parents have to dot the i's and cross the t's afterwards, but I will provide all the tools and tips for you to move forward. -
From the age of 4 months you can work with me for a personal trajectory. From that age, babies are neurologically able to really master sleeping. Before this time I recommend my Newborn Guide 0-16 weeks to work on the basis around sleep so hopefully no sleep training is ever necessary!

No! I have studied many different techniques to teach your baby healthy sleeping habits. I also do not work with the “cry it out” method. I will think along with you about which advice best suits your family, but you decide which technique suits your wishes and upbringing. Keep in mind that crying is an expression of communication for children in this phase of life and that crying can occur in any sleep training. Learning new habits takes some perseverance, but we make a desperate, frustrated and exhausted situation due to sleepless nights a thing of the past.

Absolutely! And unlike other sleep coaches I do not charge a supplement for this.
-
No problem! They just need to be involved. They do not need to apply the sleep training method but do need to respect the nap times.

I do not have any experience sharing the bed while working on your little one’s sleep. Sharing the room is ok!
